Thank you to this community for teaching me new "enhanced" ways to travel. I took my daughter for her birthday to NYC and Philly this past week. With your guidance we got upgraded to a Junior Suite in NYC (along with lounge access) and a deluxe two room in Philly.
I am writing this on our last day from the balcony of the Marriott Mena House in Giza. We stayed 5 nights at the Hilton Ramses in Cairo for 120,000 points (4 nights, 5th night free). We then ended the trip in Giza where we stayed 2 nights at the Mena House. We were upgraded to a Pyramid view room!
I just got to Agra to celebrate Holi and cross off my 9th World Wonder. Did a little Suite Talking (almost Verbatim actually) and BAM!!! Sweet upgrade! Pictures do not do this room right.
